📘 What Is Bokashi? The word bokashi comes from Japanese, meaning “fermented organic matter.” It’s a fast, eco-friendly fertilizer made from natural ingredients through anaerobic fermentation.

🔧 How Bokashi Is Made

Ingredient Purpose

Sifted Clay Soil Provides minerals, uniform texture, retains nutrients

Vegetable Charcoal Improves root growth, retains moisture and heat

🧪 Mixing Instructions

1. Make a ferment solution: mix yeast, molasses, and water. Let sit 24 hrs.

2. In layers: combine soil + charcoal, followed by manure, rice husks, bran, and ash.

3. Pour the ferment evenly over the mixture.

4. Stir every morning and evening for 2 weeks depending on the weather
